Welcome to VKUSNO, a bulk-prepared home-style food delivery service operated by Highland View Labs LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services or placing an order on www.vkusno.food (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and the limitations of our service.

1. Service Description

VKUSNO provides bulk-prepared home-style food delivery to customers in the larger Los Angeles area. We source our food from various providers who operate legally in the state of California and follow all applicable health and safety regulations. Our deliveries are made on designated dates within specific delivery windows.

By using our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to the following:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery information, including any additional instructions for accessing your premises (such as gate codes or information regarding pets or other obstacles).
  • Ensure that you or an authorized person will be available to accept the delivery within the designated time window, or provide instructions for leaving the delivery in a safe location.
  • Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the designated delivery date.
  • You are responsible for promptly bringing the delivered food inside and refrigerating or storing it as necessary. VKUSNO is not responsible for food that spoils due to delayed retrieval or improper storage after delivery.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in cancellation or delay of your order without refund.

3. Pricing, Payment, and Refunds

  • Payment is due upon placing your order through our Site. All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the delivery date are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the delivery date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the delivery date are non-refundable.

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms and conditions when placing an order.

4. Delivery Terms

VKUSNO delivers orders on designated dates within specific time windows, which will be communicated to you upon placing your order. Delivery fees vary based on the size of your order, the types of items ordered, and your delivery location. While we strive to deliver within the designated windows, we are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions, or other force majeure events).

We reserve the right to limit delivery areas based on logistics and other considerations. Delivery will only occur within the delivery zones listed on our Site.

5. Food Safety and Quality

We take the quality and safety of our food seriously. The food we deliver is sourced from licensed providers operating legally in the state of California, and we ensure that all food handling practices comply with applicable health and safety standards. However, once the food has been delivered, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is properly stored and handled according to the provided instructions.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions due to food allergies. It is your responsibility to review all ingredients and food preparation methods. If you have any concerns regarding allergens, please contact us before placing an order.
  • VKUSNO is not responsible for food spoilage due to delayed retrieval or improper storage after delivery.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Any changes to your order (such as modifying delivery time, location, or food items) must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time. We cannot guarantee that changes requested less than 48 hours in advance will be accommodated.
  • Cancellations are subject to the following:
  • Orders canceled with more than 48 hours’ notice are fully refundable.
  • Orders canceled with 24-48 hours’ notice are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Orders canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

7. Limitations of Liability

VKUSNO is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from:

  • Failure to retrieve the delivered food in a timely manner.
  • Food theft or damage after it has been delivered to the address provided.
  • Any adverse effects from food allergies or dietary restrictions not communicated to us before placing an order.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the user.
  • Delays in delivery due to weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable events.
  • Spoiled food due to failure to promptly store it upon delivery.

While we take reasonable measures to ensure the quality of the food we deliver, our liability is limited to the value of the order. VKUSNO is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including lost opportunities, loss of goodwill, or business interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Highland View Labs LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent from us.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any customer at our sole discretion and without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or suspected fraud. Termination of service may result in the cancellation of current or future orders without refund.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of our service or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute resolution.
